Booked a room with breathtaking views of the park. I liked the beds, they were comfortable, and how efficient the staff was. The location was brilliant and prime and next to a park and a river. Besides, the area was impressive, next to Snowy. Late check-out was useful.

Incredible location to attractions like an university - run art gallery, that was near the hotel.

Very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful view from the roof restaurant.
Breakfast for the price range insufficient. Only boiled eggs, one type of cheese, one type of ham, one type of salami, etc. Rooms very small, very few TV channels, no shower curtain, lots of water at the floor from the shower.

Modern rooms, first-class service including valet parking, great restaurant + breathtaking rooftop bar
One elevator is clearly not enough with the traffic

Location
Small rooms, no bath in the bathroom, dark passageways, mediocre staff, stuffy rooms at night, no parking, restaurant tucked in at the back of the gym

The location of the hotel is perfect for Cambridge. The breakfast in the Roof Restaurant offers a 360 degrees panoramic view and is very good. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are fine, too. Since I was only one night, I was unfortunately not able to use the spa offer.

location
1.Noise from dustbins outside at 6.00am waking us up on both mornings, even at weekends 2.No showercap, nailfiles etc in bathroom and nowhere to put wash bag 3.Very expensive cup of tea costing £4.50 for one on roof terrace 4.The room I booked for my friends was ridiculously small with no bath and the hotel were charging the same price as a larger room 5. Total inflexibility with the breakfast that was included in the price of the room. We wanted scrambled eggs with smoked salmon instead of the full english breakfast and were made to pay for it. Also the cooked breakfast had obviously been cooked earlier as it was luke warm and dried up. 6. Terrible value for money. It was as if they were deliberately not providing any extras one would expect from a hotel at that price under the pretences of being eco-friendly

The Double Room was really nice-spacious and comfy. The bed was huge and super relaxing. Loved the decor, and all the little details. The bathroom was a highlight with a big shower, and having a tablet by the bed was handy for info. Just a fab room all around!

We loved our room - 516. Very nicely appointed. Beautiful views of Cambridge from two floor to ceiling windows. Rooftop lounge was really nice and the location could not have been better for seeing our son who is studying at Magdalene. Right next to the river. Close to many of the sites in the city center, Jesus Park, and a nearby bus stop.

Exellent location in the middle of the town centre. Very comfortable and spacious room (if you book a senior fellow room) and well equipped bathroom en-suite. Good food in the restaurant and exellent breakfast.
You have to park the car in a nearby park garage wich is very expensive (over 50 pound for 2 days). Thin walls in the room so you can hear neighbour guests tv and talking.
